Alternative to Lichess?

@hetatho When you go on page with a chessboard, instead of « no board to zoom here », you will have a cursor to select the size of the board.

Yep, that works. At least it is possible to play chess this way! :) Everything else is still ridiculously large but maybe that is something to get used to.

Chrome zoom 80% makes the fonts a bit smaller.

The new design is slowly growing on me.

I just created an accoint on chess.com

When you visit your prefereces page (top right username dropdownmenu 3rd entry below your message inbox) you can adjust the setting to never-always or only at first move show the resize handle in the corner of the chessboard.

There's also a way in dropdown attached to your name.

Preferences>Game display>Display board resize handle>Always
