Add "is typing..." to private chat!

@dooeyDecimal - yes. In my experience it's used heavily to inform me that the game was 'easy', or to inform me I should resign.

So. we can suggest to developers next algorithm:
1. On "input" event sent "li.system" "UserName is typing..." into the chat.
2. Remove this "li" if message sent OR if timeout reached (also set a timer with removing this "li").
How it can works ...
