Лично я против. Есть такие люди, которые достигают результата только благодаря ничьим. Например гроссмейстер Аниш Гири. Или Магнус Карлсен когда играл с Каруаной, по вашему это неправильно? А этот матч смотрели почти все шахматисты.

I have not said "all of this thread", but "most of this thread", and i commented on teh part i did understand.

Fact is: i do not (have to) understand all of what was written and you probably do not understand all of what i have written (at least i would be quite astonished if you did). The agreed language here is english and the only ones violating this standard is you and your friends. *You* comment on the part of my postings you understand and *i* do the same for the part i understand of yours. I haven't asked you why you respond to me if you don't know what i am writing and i reserve the same right for me. If you can't live with that, do not post in a public forum. And if you want a private conversation with your buddies do not use a public forum either.

Have you something to say that contributes to the topic too or did you just want to harass me for not wanting to speak/write russian?

Но в этом был смысл, так как Магнусу выгоден тай-брейк, да и поставь им 0:0 Магнус все равно был бы доволен. В матче ставить 0:0 за ничью - бред, так как изменений в счете (я имею в виду то, что разница останется такой же) не будет. А в турнире нет смысла так как есть люди, занимающие призовые места за счет НИЧЬИХ. Посмотрите мои партии, хоть матчевые, хоть турнирные - я сам не против играть на ничью с более сильным (или равным) соперником.

World Rapid Championship Open with draw as 0.5 pt rule:

Same tournament if we give 0 for draws and award only wins (checked only top 6 guys):
1) Carlsen M. 9/15
2) Nakamura H. 8/15
3) Artemiev V. 8/15
4) Firouzja A. 8/15
5) Mamedyarov S. 7/15
6) Dubov D. 7/15

So it does make sense. Everything will change, since players will have totally different mindset, knowing that the only way to get points is to WIN. It is definitely interesting solution for huge tournaments.
