Yep. I think I found my opening for black.

I have won every game with the French Defense so far. This is proof that this defense is for me.

You scored a victory when your opponent when from a winning advantage to a lost game by dropping a piece. This isn't a good criteria for selecting an opening. If you are having fun or feel comfortable with this opening, then, by all means, continue to play it, but if you expect to have your opponents just hand you a game based on the opening, you're going to be disappointed.
Try not to push the f-pawn in the french. It makes the e6-pawn a clear weakness.

Your only pawn moves in this structure (h7, g7, f7, e6, c7, b7, a7) should be b6 and c5.
Yeah, you were in a losing position, your opponent make huge mistakes.
Absolutely, you have perfected the french. E6 F5 looks like the maginot line.
For those looking for an example of what I said in #4: in the following game my opponent played the top move in the master's database from move 4 to move 14. Move 8 is 8...f6. The resulting structure is totally normal, and is a well-known frequent occurrence in the French.
