obviously you could have closed it out faster. When up material, focus on trading pieces and activating all of the rest of your pieces (you did a fine job, except your dark squared bishop).
and the easiest thing to do when short on time is to push pawns! you had a bunch of passed pawns which you didn't think about pushing until you sac'd your queen haha.
