Stockfish: Translating the evaluation of the quality of a position

I'm interested in the ranges of the evaluation points for
= Equality
+= White is slightly better
=+ Black is slightly better
+/- White is better
-/+ Black is better
+- White is winning
-+ Black is winning

Definitely not. A lot of the time you can be up a piece and it is +4. Is that not completely winning?
The point is, you can't really do this. You'll still need human evaluators to translate the numeral into something meaningful.

Personally, I think that "slighlty better" means ±0.5 at most, "better" is between ±0.5 and ±2, and winning means more than ±2.
Positions don't have a fixed stockfish evaluation that's the same at all search depths. If they do, the position is drawn, even if it's +4/-4.

Even if positions had a fixed stockfish evaluation there is no way of translating a subjective opinion into a numerical value or vice versa.
