Common? I've never seen anyone play 3... f6 before.
e4-e5 f4-d5, thats what i played when i responded e5.
If fxe i played dxe.
If exd, i played e5 followed by Bd6. I dont remember the rest, but it gives you a good game as black. I dont know why would anyone play f6.
