Pls check this game and tell me the mistakes

mind i didnt check analysis for the opening moves, so take those with a grain of salt! i dont like those moves:

- 4.d3: closing out the B asks for having an inactive bishop, id prefer d4, h4/h3 or c3. against the sicilian you dont wanna have an inactive light squared B, it could easily be one of your strongest minor pieces.

- 8.Be3: prefer Bf4, Bg5 or even just making luft for the white B, as black will always castle kingside and you have 3 things looking at f5, making it impossible for black to close the white diagonal in the near future. also Re1 ideas with plans of advancing the e pawn get shut down forever

- 9. / 10. / 11. a series of moves that dont seem to follow any logic plan to improve the position: 9.undeveloping the N to a square where there seem no good rerouting options and you lose center control, 10.putting your Q on a square where it can get attacked by a N outpost, which immediately happens, coz its an obvious improvement for blacks center that comes with tempo 11.Qg3 a stubborn move, retreating and putting the Q back into a defenders role to buy some time to reactivate your N (and way in the future your white B) seems in order here. Nh4 looks very unpleasant. look where your queen can go from here. theres one square left from where you defend 2 pawns and control 2 open squares that are also controlled by the opponents minor piece. lashing out with f4 or g4 seems logical in that line but with some of your minor pieces deactivated on the other side of the board it also seems VERY RISKY.

- 16. Qxh6 was already mentioned, the B battery forks Q+N

- 22. Nf3 seems a bit premature. i like how the N helps to shut down any easy way to activate blacks light squared B, which if he does, becomes an absolute nightmare for white. f3 to grab more space and possibly even prepare a rook lift seems more natural

23. Q trade: dont like it, it enables the opponent to get 7 connected pawns while you have an isolated one. the Q is your best shot to infiltrate and win a backwards pawn

24. Nh4: where do you wanna go with this move?

27. taking B doesnt accomplish much, his centralized B looks strong, but if he takes your B he does you a solid: you get a chance for connected pawns and have the option to target one of his backward pawns with a rook

36. cxb4: his backward pawn is protected, that move doesnt do anything, you ignore the threat your opponent made and make a move that doesnt creatre a threat of its own. if you cant create a bigger threat, just answer to your opponents threat first or you end up with all your pieces hanging!

38. Re1+ you missed the opportunity to take his pawn with check (Nxf6), which creates a passed pawn for you and improves coordination of R+N (this way your not only up a pawn and created a passer, you also get in Rd7+, buying you all sorts of tempo to annoy the hell out of blacks king). after this his K looks pretty suspicious with general ideas like hook mate, promoting the passer, forking his pieces, pigs on 7th for blind swine mate etc.
€dit: you had >1min on the clock here up almost half a minute on your opponent, but spammed the check within 1.6 seconds. take your time!!!
Well, he played the sicilian and you refused to get to the main line, so i really dont like it from the very beginning, but i wont comment much on that, however, what i do really dislike is 21 Qg4. You are not attacking the bishop head on with the queen, i mean like, there is no help to pile up on it, no attack on f7 or h7. It is a waste of time, and queen first just gets in the way.

I would have played f4-f5 there to go rook first, but thats just me.
