how to refute cambridge springs?

so, i played this game, and fell for the trap, if you tell me how to refute it,i will be thanking !!!

There's no "refutation" as it is a solid opening. Your mistake was 8 Qc2, if instead 8 0-0 white is fine

I think 8. Nd2 is also fine. Best way to answer this question is by the opening book, which you can access from the analysis board of your game. There you can see how masters have handled that position.

9. Rc1 was the epic blunder. It was better to play cxd5. And the position is equal.
