Game analysis

I played a game vs AI level 5 (2000) - no time limit:

I had an average centipawn loss of 25 (vs 42 of the AI).

How would you rate this level of play? I guess the AI is weaker at level 5 than the indicated 2000?

Mostly I play versus AI level X (no time limit) and ranked play (rapid - 15/10 or slower) + tactic-puzzles.
In these rapid games my level of play swings a lot including some blunders (acpl from 50 to 200).

Any recommandations on this routine?
Analysis I do on my own games is only about the mistakes/blunders. What are other things a beginner should focus on?
Weaker AI is not like a weaker human player, more like... I don't know, a drunk one. I honestly wouldn't recommend training against lower-level AI. It doesn't play like a human, it doesn't make same mistakes as a human would, and experience playing against it has little to do with "real world". Sure, consistenly winning against it may mean something, but you won't know unless you play against people. And I highly doubt it's 2000-rated, I won against it easlily when I was like 1600-ish here. Playing against 2000 human players is a challenge for me even now.
