Daily Chess PuzzleArchive: Volume 2

Hi all.

Since the change of policy regarding long threads, the original Daily Chess Puzzle Archive set up by @Alfa_Centauri, and later maintained by a number of people, including @Allonautilius, @Nel_S and, lately, myself has been archived. That archive covers the vast majority of lichess's daily puzzles from 1st of July 2018 up to 1st of September, 2020. It's still available for consulting at lichess.org/forum/game-analysis/daily-chess-puzzles-archive, but nobody can add any new posts to it.

So I've decided to start up what is, effectively, Daily Chess Puzzle (Archive): Volume 2 with the idea that, when lichess automatically archives this thread, new volumes can be added in the original messages.

I hope at least some of you find this a useful resource to find, say, the daily puzzle you missed yesterday, or earlier in the week, or to look back and find last week's puzzle your SURE was the same as the one posted today (but isn't), or maybe the nerd in you would like to do something more technical such as analyse the ratings of daily puzzles to see how they're distributed, or how the level of difficulty has developed over time. Remember that chess puzzle ratings change (often greatly) during the day, and the rating indicated simply reflects what it was when I solved it (or failed to solve it).

Sometimes life gets in the way and I don´'t have time (or simply forget) to view the daily puzzle. So feel free to add your post if the new daily puzzle hasn't been referenced yet, but please try to keep the format (date as yyyy.mm.dd, link to puzzle, rating). The date of the puzzle given may be one day out from the day your reading this thread. I'm not exactly sure when the daily puzzle is updated, though it seems to be about midday, UTC or CET.

Anyway, happy checking and here, again, is the link to Volume 1:
