Can't understand Stockfish evaluating rapid game

First of all....
1. Tells me on move 24 I should play f5. Wouldn't my bishop on a3 be taken?
2. Tells me on move 24 for my opponent that Qa4 was a blunder. Why? I followed the possible outcome for if my opponent played Be7 but I still don't get it.

I think that's all. Gladly appreciate any help :)
@PrimalPotatoMine if you play f5 your bishop will indeed be taken and that is the point: that bishop sucks; it is blockaded by your own pawn on c5. So, if you let your opponent take it and he does, he will have wasted a move doing literally nothing to you while you will have infiltrated at the other side of the board, where you have 3 pieces developed and he has 3 pieces that are standing still, encased by pawns.
Also, Qxa4 is a blunder because the black queen is trapped.
1. If Qxa3, then you play fxe6, going for Nf7, trapping the rook. If the knight on G8 moves, we play Nxf7 and if Rg8, Bxh7 is a rook trap.

2. If Qxa4, Bc2 then Rb1 is a queen trap.
🤔 hmm...
Stockfish suggestion for white's 24th move (24. f5! good move) ...embraces the teachings of GM Seirawan's book: Play Winning chess, page 107...it says there about...How to defend againts a Space Advantage (the player with less space, should try to trade pieces)...it also applying the teachings of Nimzowitsch's undermining the pawn chain of a rigid pawn structures...and taking advantage of white's lead in piece development (white's bishop on b1, rook on f1, knight on g5...versus their black pieces, counterpart and are passively sleeping on f8, g8, and h8 squares...becoming liabilities for endangering the king safety on middle with weakness of f7 square.
chess.com and lichess engines are not the range of the name (they don't have that much power of a stockfish 11), chess24 engine is worse than these.
