Any mate which results in quick-mate is a possible fool's mate.
(At least in atomic.)

Only one mate is technically fully agreed upon as an Atomic Fool's Mate, which is #2, because for most Standard chess players, taking a piece is good. The other mates are horrible decisions like #1, the mate is defendable, however, they chose not to defend, a horrible decision.
