A deep calculated brilliant rook sacrifice

Unfortunately there was the not so deep sac by White earlier (and in Rapid--ouch).

It wasn't deep rather tricky and the opponent fell for it.
By the way, even Queen sacrifice 24. Qxf1+ would win!

It's not a real sacrifice. Your opponent just didn't see the mating attack.

Well, I have done many sacrifices and majority of them were successful.
