Only other patzer-peasants will know the feeling of stalemating with K+Q vs K again and again with incorrect technique in blitz games. I probably need another chat with the guy who got me into chess, who is something like 2100 -- he took some time to teach me basic things like how to mate with a rook, but I'm not sure I remember his lessons so well any more...
