About me

Hello! My name is Boris Navrodskiy, FIDE Master (peak rating 2356).
Born in Moscow, currently based in Bangkok.

I am not only a chess coach — I am a structured thinker with a strong sports and leadership background.

Alongside 8+ years of coaching experience, I have managed business projects and worked as a team leader. I understand how systems, processes, and discipline create long-term results — and I apply the same principles in chess training.

I graduated from Russian State University of Physical Education, Sport, Youth, and Tourism which gave me a deep understanding of physical conditioning, performance mindset, and competitive psychology.

Chess improvement is not random — it is a process. I teach that process.
