CM Ali Abbes

I am Ali Abbes and I am 49.
I am a FIDE Candidate Master (2203 ELO) and a FIDE Instructor from Tunisia, where I lived most of my life. I have only recently moved to Italy.

I am a chess professional by trade, with 30+ years of coaching experience. I love to teach and analyze the game.

I was a student of the great Russian Grandmaster and theoretician Igor Glek and had seminars and classes with Grandmaster Eugeny Svesnikov.

I helped many students improve their game over the years, both tournament and club players. Amongst them, Oussama Douissa obtained the title of FIDE Master under my guidance, an accomplishment I was very proud of.
