The Lozovatsky Memorial 2023 is a 10-round swiss tournament held from the 27th January to the 5th of February in Chelyabinsk, Russia.
Mikhail Abramovich Lozovatsky was the first president of the Chelyabinsk Oblast Chess Federation.

Time control is 90 minutes for 40 moves followed by 30 minutes for the rest of the game with a 30-second increment beginning from move one.
