Standing back from an Impossible Situation
Have you cheated in your own team? You gave leadership to someone and he kicked you out? What would you do in that situation? Let me tell a story. The History
I created account in Lichess in 2020 for the first time. After playing some months I discovered many things such as study, analysis board, puzzles etc. But still I hadn't recognize what is a team. In the early 2021 I learned a lot about team and created my own team''Lichess Stars of India". I invited many people and gained 95 members. To grow and improve it, I gave leadership to one of friend named Talha. But he was not a good player and couldn't grow that team.
A thunder Strike
That team was running well. But in the middle of it a dispute took place between us and I closed my team in anger. That was my first horrible mistake. For this I became very sad. I felt that I was alone in a desert. I didn't even play chess for two months. Really it shocked and pained me a lot.
First Standing Back
I spent my time reading stories, playing outdoor games. Thus slowly I got back my mental power. So I decided to form a new team. As a result the team "Chess Stars of India" arrived. I was growing this team slowly. With a tough try I got 35 members. But I was feeling sad for my first team. I also created a number of tournaments. I met many players and wrote to them in chat.
Bolt from the Blue
In a game I found a player requesting me for leadership. I asked his name, address etc. He told me that his name is Shanmuka Vamsi Sairam and he is a resident of Andhrapradesh. I chatted him for a time and made him leader. At once he created a new tournament. I asked him to delete that and told the rules of creating tournaments. Like a good boy he listened all and worked properly. I was free from care. After two days I put my hands on my head. My team was closed! I looked into the matter and saw @vamsiannipindi cheated me. I couldn't believe that @vamsiannipindi is a cheater. But I was forced to believe it. I became angry and reported the matter to Lichess moderators.
The Black Ship behavior
My situation was then a begar description. I was wounded at heart. I was waiting for the judgement of moderators. But it gave me no hope. I was burning with anger. I finally decided to setup a team for the last time. But the black ship behavior of moderators hurts me. "They took no action!"- this sentence is horrible to me.
Stand up Second
With utmost persistence I invented my present team "Khagragar Chess Club" on September 16 (2021).
The next day I got 5 members. The first tournament was created. Then I got 10,15,24...48,50 members. I was getting my taste back. On October 10,I got highest members-90. If you see my team home page (link is given below) , you will find that the number of members has slightly decreased. This is because in the middle I stopped playing and editing. But I am now active. I am also grateful to those who helped me a lot. If you are a new non-member , you can join and support us here :

Conclusion
From this situation I learnt many things. They are :-
1. Don't give leadership to an unknown person, even if he is a good player.
2. Give leadership to that person whom you know perfectly (i.e. your brother, sister, intimate friend etc.)
3. Add the sentence 'Don't ask for leadership' to your team page.
4. Don't lose hope if you are cheated. Stand up again. There is a saying"ভাবিয়া করিও কাজ, করিয়া ভাবিও না।''(look before you leap).
5. If any person ask for leadership, first told him sweetly. Then if he don't listen your words, block him or kick him out.
--- That's it. See you next. Good bye.
