Bishops, or knights? they are both 3 points but it depends
Bishops and knights are both minor pieces and are worth 3 points each. But which is better? It depends on the situation. For example, bishops in a closed position aren't as effective as knights because they are mostly blocked by pawns. On the other hand, Knights are not effective in the endgame because it is always an open position because a lot of material is going to be trade in the opening and middle game. That is when the bishops are effective because they control. more space and can move around quicker and usually is more annoying for your opponent and knights are less effective because they are more slower than the bishops and can only control at most 8 squares.
