Chennai Grand Masters 2023
Chennai Grand Masters were hold in 15th-21st of December 2023. This is the 1st ever super tournament that have ever held in India. There were 8 grand masters with an average elo of 2711.
In fact, the birthday of the lesgend of india chess-Vishwanathan Anand's birthday is held in 11th of December. what a time to start a tournament like this, and it is also hapeened in Vishy's home town, chennai.

1st Bangalore Insternational chess tournament 2024
After and Chennai grand masters, in 2024 a new grandmaster chess tournament were published in India which is the 1st Bangalore International Grandmasters Open Chess Tournament 2024 will be held in the IT capital of India - the city of Bengaluru from the 18th to the 26th of January 2024.There are 3 catagories as Catagory A,B,C.
Catagory A - 50+ Grand master 300 player with an elo of more than 1900
Catagory B - Players more tham 1500 elo and below 2000
Catagory C - Players more than 1250 elo and below 1650
