Factors

RD - Rating Difference. Suppose P1 is 1000 Rated and P2 is 500 Rated the RD is Difference of Rating (P1 Vs P2 When P1>P2. In This Case 500 Difference) The Difference Divided by 10 = RD

50% Rule - When P2 Wins against P1 in the above case (In Italic Above) P2 Will gain 50 Rating and P1 Will Lose 50 Rating. As the RD of the players is added to the winning player who would be lower rated and the RD would be removed from the higher player's AOR
But What if P1 Wins? - Then 50% Of RD is Lost by P2 and Gained by P1 - in this case P1 Gains 25 Rating and P2 Loses 25 Rating
