  1. HippoShaman 33. Qd4 I hope I calculated correctly I can defend myself after winning the pawn
  2. HippoShaman well, still I have an outside pawn so should be okay... seems drawish though
  3. HippoShaman the pawn was not worth it, I haven't seen how much activity black gets
  4. HippoShaman I think after ...38. Qd6 39, Kg2 Qxh2+ Kf3 I survive as black can just force a draw but there should be no mate
  5. sussasun missing wins 39.qb5+
  6. AleksanderBerge gg guys
  7. HippoShaman I missed the 37...Re4, got tunnel vision calculating lines after 37...Qd6
  8. HippoShaman I think it was the 30. Bf1 where I went wrong, engine does not mind it but it lloks dead draw and I just got myself under a lot of pressure
  9. sussasun 30 rd1 was difficult to meet
  10. HippoShaman Yes it was between rd1 and bf1 for me... well you converted it well and I made some mistakes under the pressure
  11. HippoShaman the problem I had with rd1 was that optically I like the position but see no plan how to win, after winning the a pawn there was a plan
  12. HippoShaman never got to push the a pawn far enough though
  13. HippoShaman honestly after move 30 I just got outplayed
  14. sussasun cpawn was better go for trading queens somehow?
  15. HippoShaman I just too often try to find a win in drawn games and end up losing them
  16. HippoShaman maybe I should have played 34 Kxf1 instead of Rxf1 and keep the cpawn but I missed that your rook is hanging as well after Qh1+
  17. sussasun after 37 qc5 the a pawn is good
  18. HippoShaman honestly I didnt see Qc5 at all
  19. sussasun h3 was threat so it was either qc5 or gxh4
  20. HippoShaman yes but there after gxh4 I missed the winning idea of Re4 so I thought I can hold a draw there
  21. sussasun yes re4 was lucky find as qd6 wasnt working.
