In 2019 Evgeny Shtembuliak became the World Junior Champion in Delhi. He finished ahead of many strong grandmasters. After his duels, when we would have the post-game interviews with him we realized what a fantastic positional player he is. And he almost exclusively used 1.c4 to beat his opponents!
