An ad is usually full of big words and no content.

I really enjoy GM Studers thought provoking and insightful articles, as it seems to be the case with you, otherwise no need to read this.

Thanks, GM Studer!

A human usually breathes, but not everyone does.
An unusual ad is still an ad.
Yes, I know this, and this works. Fine and dandy.
But it stops working this way when you are 50 years old.
I am still missing some advice for older players who do not have the problem
"I can not improve" but rather the problem "I am working for chess, but I still keep getting worse".

There might be exceptions (but over 99% are not like Anand).

Then you are working on chess in a wrong way.
thank you
but how long (per day or per week) or how many times per week would you recommend ? (at least or ideally)

Ok, but I am not working differently on chess than I did when I was still improving.
I did not want to say that these points (tactics, analysis, strategy) are not valid. They are. But at some point
you will get stuck, and some time later you will start to lose against younger players
(against whom you had won earlier).

You are trying to argue by the "It worked before so it should keep working in the future" method,
but life is different. Obviously it is not working right now and we shall focus on the present and what we can do.
Another point is that the relationship between what you did and your perceived improvement is not certain.
If you want you can send me your "training plan" or methods privately and I'll tell you what I think.
