Friendly and welcoming chess club for all standards.
Due to the current health worries around the world we are moving online to keep members active and playing chess during this break in over the board play.
We have ten teams playing in the Birmingham, Dudley and Wolverhampton leagues. The club welcomes players of all ages and standards and it is likely that whatever your standard we can fit you into one of our teams.
Our home venue is The Stag And Three Horseshoes, Halesowen Road, Halesowen, Birmingham, West Midlands, B62 9BB. We play on Monday nights from 7.15pm. Matches usually start at 7.30pm. Some small matches may be scheduled for Thursday evenings. (Viz our old night.)
The Stag and Three Horsehoes serves meals in very comfortable bar/lounge areas and shows televised sport. There is plenty of parking space.
