Teens Chess Team

This team is for teens only 13-19. We will be having tournaments of all kinds. Once we reach 10 members we will start voting for what variants and time controls we will use when we have tournaments. Once we reach 50 members I will be make 2 more people team leaders based on accountability, and attitude with the team, I will not be picking based on favorites. If a team leader is abusing his or her authority please let me know, I will deal with it accordingly as I see fit.
