Secret Queen chess to be implemented as a variant in liches

Secret Queen chess is one of the fun and thrilling variants ever created.
How it works is so at the start of the game each player picks one of their 8 pawns to be their secret queen.
This selected pawns will act as queen the whole game, this will add an very enticing element of excitement as both player will be on edge the whole game neither knowing which one of the pawns is a secret queen. Reviling your queen early on to win some material could have both positive plus negative. I would have it so if you take the opponents secret queen it would only be worth 1 point to have our opponent in some cases not knowing that he took your secret queen. Illegal moves will only be retracted after the opponent willingly tries to make the move, this way your opponent can't try to seek an advantage knowing where your secret queen might be before the move.
