"Kings of the 64"
A swiss style chess tournament, with time format 10 mins per player with 2 second increment per move.
Each player will play 3 matches on the qualifying round, which will determine whether they advance to the
elimination rounds or not, players will have 5 minutes to join their respective match ups after said match ups are announced,
if a player does fail to show up whithin 5 minutes, their match will be counted as a loss and the opponent will be granted the victory.
We were thinking of starting the tournament at 7 PM as it will take around 2 hours to finish. All players will be given digital certificates.
to ensure fair play, every match will be analyzed with a chess engine to determine if someone is using unfair means to win
