The Cow Opening was invented by Anna Cramling. The main idea is to get the knights on b3 and g3 (the cows), losing the center, but giving us chances in the endgame.

Xan-exp Playing "Supper Accelerated Cow" variation where d-pawn push is delayed. ;D Developing king's knight and bishop asap (Ne2,Ng3,Be2).
Xan-exp That prevents blacks from pushing h-pawn even if they develop knight before bishop.
