Best times for me are evenings 6pm-midnight PST (1AM-7AM UTC). I can be flexible with these times.

Lichess messages are fine. 12 pm - 2 am UTC is fine for me. I am flexible however so message me if outside of that range is needed. I can have my engine running continuously if needed.
