Tournaments with Longer Time Controls?

The only reason
Nf3 f6 e3 d5 Ng5 fxg5
or
Nf3 f6 e3 e6 Nd4 f5
or
Nf3 f6 e3 e6 Nd4 Nh6
are played at all is because white does not have time to think and find the correct moves. With more time, white will invariably find the correct moves and win. These are three common lines in atomic chess. With longer time controls, these lines would become obsolete.
Does anyone have any better lines for black?

Basically play defense Nf3 f3 e3 e6 nd4 c6 nb5 cxb5 qh5 g6 qb5 nc6 qb6 axb6. or play e5 hehe.

Nf3 f6 e3 e6 Nd4 c6 Nb5 cxb5 Qh5 g6 Qb5 Nc6 Qb6 axb6 Bb5 Bxd7 Rxa2
gives black no winning chances, so
Nf3 f6 e3 e6 Nd4 c6 nb5 cxb5 Qh5 g6 Qb5 Nc6 Qb6 Kf7 Qc7 Bb4 c3 Qf8 cxb4 Qb4 Nc3 Nge7 Bc4 Kg8
is probably black's best choice.

Longer time controls? Eh no.
