There are some options,Four Pawns have a system in that you need to make 30 points and then you‘ll earn 30 points.I don‘t like that system for low rated players because 30 points are really many for them.Most easy way would be to just add all the points they make for our team in tournaments and add them to the leaderboard.
Ranking is also a nice idea but it will be harder for us to look at the ranking of every single player.Also low rated players will be ranked worse if they score as much points as other players.

Yes whatever you decide @wannabegmonce you need to give good players credit for scoring a lot for your team but also encourage those with not as much rating to help the team
