@Kleinerspieler Why don't you just play classical where premoves don't matter. Stop playing bullet or blitz and play rapid or increment where premoves don't matter
Just keep playing for a year, every day, then come back and make this topic.
What you need is a self control button
I would also recommend playing rapid and classical games, because that helps you much more then people think
