Any time I thought someone cheated me, I had a comp evaluation. And every time the comp told me I played like an idiot and fooled winning positions away. I stopped worrying about cheats.

Reporting does work. And sandbaggers are easy to spot.Profile , game history and tournament performance tell it all.
