Go outside for a long walk, try a new passion, express your feelings more, sometimes locking them doesn't make it any better, remember there are always good people in this world which you can express too, if you keep moving try to enjoy your surroundings, make it feel like your home for however long, watch meditating videos on YT.

There are many ways to help at least in short term, and to be honest, it is good you expressed your feelings to strangers who can help.
