Can a play style be Sh1t?

Here is the game, hopefully you can see the chat as well, The thing is I'm not comfortable with black pieces, as I don't get to decide the opening, when I am white I like Queen's Gambit but being a Black in those case, I don't know how to defend, So I usually try to get in the endgame as soon as possible, and this guy told me this is a sh1t chess, Is it really?, Should
I change my play style?

You seem like you play precisely and carefully, a tough nut to crack. Nothing wrong with that..
It would typically be better for you to try not to reach an endgame when you have an IQP and is better to use your minor pieces dynamically before all the minor pieces are traded off :)
More boring is when none of the pieces get traded of until move 40 :) There is nothing wrong with trading as long as you are trading your passive pieces for your opponents active pieces or gaining some advantage by either creating weaknesses in your opponents position, such as a worse pawn structure, or giving yourself dynamic play. When you have a space advantage or your opponents pieces have trouble finding good squares in comparison to you, trading is not as good since it will alleviate your opponent's position and lead to an endgame where you will not have that big of an advantage. In your game, trading the knight on c6 for his knight on d4 was a good trade because it got rid of your isolated d pawn and you got rid of white's best piece, but when you traded your dark square bishop for his knight on c3, that trade might not have been as good because even though you worsened his pawn structure, you got rid of your bishop pair. 90% of the time you do not want to trade bishops for knights.
Style is fine. Good game. At the end there is a glitch: 37...a2 is a mistake as it allows perpetual check. You had to play 37...Qb2 for the win.
If you're the type of player to reach an endgame quickly, Queen's Gambit Declined is an opening that might serve you well. Many masters played Queen's Gambit with both White and Black pieces, so I don't see a reason for you not to stick to it, especially that you play such positions with the White pieces. You can often exchange pieces straight from the opening, usually resulting in an endgame.
I'm not currently analyzing with a computer, but you're basically playing the same style as I play. If it works, hey it works. If you're getting to a point where every game is a draw, you may wanna look into more dynamic openings. But whatever works for you :)
In the past i was really mad, when people tried to exchange everything to an equal endgame, i called it chicken style, because i knew my opponents are to lazy or to scared to go in a complex position, but nowadays i accept the fact, its part of the game and in the end, when you are strong in the endgame why not force the way to it :)

There is no shit style, there is winning or losing and when your style wins more than it lose, why change it, when your oppenent loses to a "shitty style" what kind of player makes it himself xD :D
