Maybe if you were trying to make an ultra marathon the lichess gods will remove the Ban ;)

first i didnt cheat in both games i played those games with my chess trainer and he has got a tiltle he is a strong player.

We have played 6 times, and I am sure you did not cheat in all of those.

But I think maybe you are tempted occasionally ?

Best thing to do is to start again, but this time dont be tempted, you wont learn anything that way.

You can learn from some of the best players who give simuls because they may chat about your game after.

Its also worth watching the simuls and games on Twitch tv, Eric Rosen and IM Sparklehorse in particular do talk about their games as they are playing, you can learn an awful lot by just watching.
