Arena requirements fullfilled but cant play

Hey,
i would rlly like to play some arena, i was offline since 2015 i guess. Now i came back. my profile says i have around 300 rated Blitz games. But Arena still says i have less than 20. So it doesnt let me play. Do you guys have some suggestions?

I think your rating becomes inactive if you dont play for a long duration and as your strength may change during that duration you need to play some games again to reestablish your rating, not sure though

You have to play twenty games.

Huh, that's strange... this sounds like a bug. I don't think that #2 is correct.
