Maybe the scaling? I found something changed on the forums recently about the scaling. Like I had to scroll up and down everywhere and the bar at the top was gone.
I changed to 110% viewing and then it became normal again.
I'm pretty sure while not absolutely certain that there was a layout change and it wasn't just me changing the zoom by accident.
