In this game after black moves Knight to f6, I moved Bxb8 but the move did not registered and my timer continued to go down and it was never my opponent turn. I tried to reload the page and I saw that the move was not registered and I tried again without success. All the other buttons seemed to work (the takeback and the draw button which my opponent did not accept) finally I checked the resign button and it worked and I loss the game. I can provide a screenshot.

The last move is probably lost in transmission e.g. by a server restart. You do not notice, as your board and your clocks are local on your computer. Never start a new game when the orange server restart banner appears bottom left. If a server restart happens during your game, then right after the server restart refresh your page with CTRL F5 or the equivalent on your device.
That's strange, that it happened to 4 people at the same time, so I think lichess had a bug at this moment.

That is not strange. If the lichess server restarts it is obvious that many players are affected by that. There are like 5 threads on this phenomenon today.
