When is it okay to have a second account on lichess?

That's not really fair

And what about Andrew Tang has @kbplayersselltofu,@penguingim1, @DM_ME_CORN_PICS, @C9C9C9C9C9, and @clevertacticbutfail. (I am not gonna include penguingm1 cause thats his blindfold ultrabullet account.)

They are breaking the rules but Lichess contradicts itself so I don't really know. A new version of the Terms of Service in which they will be more clear and precise about many things will probably be released.
