Correspondence Chess

It says that you can use an opening book, then what qualifies as an opening book? I've got chess books at home which show me entire games, can I use them fully or can I only look until I get to a certain amount of moves?
When it says opening book, does that also mean that I can just look up the theory. Just like type the opening moves of the game into a chrome to find out book theory, as long as I don't use an engine.
Yep, you can use any non-computer reference in CC. Including books and websites.
So if I can find a grandmaster game which matches the position at move 50 or something really far into the game then I can use that.
Yes.

lichess.org/terms-of-service "1. Cheating. We define this as using any external assistance to strengthen your knowledge and, or, calculation ability to gain an unfair advantage over your opponent. Some examples would include computer engine assistance, opening books (except for correspondence games), endgame tablebases, and asking another player for help, although these aren’t the only things we would consider cheating."
