It depends. Mobile can be good sometimes, but if you get a good computer and mouse, that can be nice too. It's all about preference.
However, Bullet won't be much fun without some actual chess skill. Try focusing on blitz or rapid first.

pre move the bullet but also use tactics its either good and fast or fast and bad or slow but good,if u play slow and bad......bullet is not for you
