I got a message from a Lichess patron with the nick "Lichess" in which he blamed me for misbehaviour. (It is not about cheating - I never cheated!) I am absolutely sure that he would be appreciative of my "misbehaviour", if he knew my situation - at the moment, during the last months I am really in exceptional circumstances - and I wanted to explain that to him but there is no possibility to answer him. I think I also cannot make an appeal, at least I do not know how.
This is not very fair I think, if someone is blamed for something, he or she should get the possibility to answer. My answer would concern very personal matters, which I do not want to share in public. Is there any possibiltity to answer either the individual patron named "Lichess" or to somebody else from the Lichess team? Sorry for my English, English is not my mother tongue.
