Report every single one of them.

But when I complained, Lichess activated the kid mode for me.

We can''t expect administrators to warn everybody who insults us, they have more important things to do.
i report for my own peace and they can do whatever they want

Kid mode or deactivating chat is good. There are always sore losers who insult.

No,i think it is not good if you say it is good why your kid mode is off when your kid mode is on you can send massage for other players.

I don't even really see the point in chat. 99% of the time, it's just other other player insulting you or gloating. If you want to make friends to play with, clubs and such seem like the better option. Communities are better for that sort of thing since acting like a fool will usually get you kicked out.
