GOAT says bishop better than knights do you agree??

It depends on position
If the position is blocked then knights are better than bishops, and if position is opened the bishops are better.
I disagree, the knights are more feared in endgame as they are much harder to predict, calculate & time pressure doesn't help at all. The fork is also so strong, check the king, aim for the queen while remaining out of her range. And personally I find it easier to checkmate using a knight than a bishop, easier to corner the king & prevent it to escape.
Larry Kaufman is his excellent article "The Evaluation of Material Imbalances in Chess" makes a substantiated Evaluation of both Knights and Bishops as worth about 3 and 1/4 pawns ( the difference was within 0.02 pawn).

But the Bishop pair is worth about 0.5 pawn, so if you have both, the Bishops are worth 3.5 pawns on average. So the Bishops on average are slightly more powerful than the Knights.
If we are talking about bishops alone, it normally depends on position.
Knights are best in closed positions and bishops are best in open positions, but knights still have some power in open positions while bishops are just pawns in closed positions.

But no one talks about the fact that 2 bishops can trap a knight but 2 knights cant trap a bishop
