bullet game: one of my best efforts

why is this game remarkable ?

1 ) italian game is not part of my repertoire
2) my opponent is a GM
3) even though it is 1 minute game, Lichess engine ( stocfkish)found 0 inaccuracy, 0 mistake and 0 blunder on my side.

but I doubt this is correct. if you look at my 13th move, the eval drops from +0.7 to 0.3; Lichess engine recommends 13 b5! to maintain +0.7; my 13 Ng3 drops eval to +0.3.

what do you guys think of the game and do you agree it is not clear at which depth the computer analysis is performed on this game . I clearly played this 1 minute completely on my own and far from finding the best move each time. yet this is one of my lowest centipawn average 9 centipawns for a game lasting 30+ moves ( not a miniature).

actually 7 centipawns which is crazy. on move 25, Lichess Stockfish at depth 22 recommends 25 Ng5+ which is clearly 2 pawns better than my move.
I am not sure I trust this centipawn average and inaccuracy count and we should be able to control the depth of the analysis ( for instance ask for Depth =22 or 25). is this possible ?
