feature: being able to see other people`s friens by changing the url

so when I change the url from lichess.org/@/kostsov_sasha/following to lichess.org/@/totalnoob69/following

the second link will take me to the same place as the 1 one and I don`t want it to be like that. I hope this feature is understandeble

As you know, LiChess Tools is a client (browser) extension, so it can only work with whatever the server provides. In this case, it is a Lichess restriction to only see your own friends, not those of other players.
There is no API to provide that information for other players than the one logged in.

Sorry, this is not something I can do. Maybe add a GitHub issue with Lichess, but they will tell you it's intentional and close it as not planned :)
