20 seconds are too much before starting games on Bullet. 5 seconds are enough.

I was waiting but the opponent didn't start the first move. So I was gonna cancel. But, the opponent suddenly started moving then I got confused to move and make the first move late.

20 seconds are too annoying and wasteful. 10 seconds are enough at maximum.

@Fastbreaker What if your opponent is deciding which opening to play? Or they could be checking out your bullet stats lol
